Pharmacy notification & pick-up
Once your prescription is approved, we'll notify the pharmacy to prepare your medication. You'll be alerted when it's ready for pickup, and you can visit the pharmacy to collect it.
Start treatment
Begin using your medication as prescribed and take the necessary steps for recovery.
Track your progress
Track your progress and update your doctor through the 24HRDOC portal if any treatment adjustments are needed. With the right care, you'll be on your way to feeling better and recovering soon!
Important
Consultations submitted after hours will be reviewed in the morning when we open. Consultations submitted during regular hours will be processed within 5 hours after payment is received. Our fee is refundable if we can't treat you.
