Yes, you can take a low-dose Tadalafil (usually 2.5 mg or 5 mg) every day if prescribed by your doctor. This allows for more spontaneous sexual activity, rather than timing a dose before intercourse.

Tadalafil lasts much longer than Sildenafil (up to 36 hours vs. 4–6 hours) and can be taken daily. Sildenafil works faster for some, but Tadalafil offers more flexibility. The better option depends on your needs and how your body responds.
